Who we are looking for

The Client Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible service levels are delivered to a number of clients, mainly in the ETF space, but also including other product types. This primarily involves ensuring successful execution of all elements of change management (e.g. fund launches, closures, mergers etc.) The most important requirement of the successful candidate will be a strong customer focus, and an ability/desire to liaise with internal and external clients to ensure successful outcomes.

What you will be responsible for

As Officer in the Client Services team you will

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues, communicating effectively through formalised reporting and ad hoc liaison.
  • Deliver consistent service delivery and provide creative solutions for new and existing clients
  • Engage with other stakeholders to execute effectively on client and internal change projects
  • Assist with planning and management of all relevant project work
  • Manage and complete client initialization and transition
  • Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are produced and dispatched as required
  • Supervise other team members ensuring timely and proper completion of tasks
  • Plan and manage the effective utilization of resources with the support of the AVP
  • Monitor errors, complaints and potential breaches. Record as appropriate in the Errors log
  • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products
  • Act as focal point for contacts and meetings with other departments and external contacts
  • Provide weekly reporting on issues and status to management team.
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Primary Degree or a Professional or Accounting qualification or equivalent
