Accounts Payable Junior Executive

Job Purpose: 
This role will be working closely with the Accounting and Tax team in the daily deliverables of excellent services to clients. This position willbe reporting to the Accounting and Tax executive and supervisor. 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive, review and record of vendor invoices, reimbursements according to timeline agreed with our client. 
• To maintain good client relationship and attend to vendors queries and requests in a timely and professional manner. 
• Printing and scanning of invoices and payments documents of internal and external suppliers, external taxes and other obligations Continuous and frequent liaison with our client for documentations, information or clarifications for management accounts payable service. 
• Maintain timely and proper filing of documents and information with respect to each individual vendors to ensure appropriate support. 
• Periodic update of process documentation. Perform other duties related to the position. 

Key Requirements: 

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or administration. 
• 2-3 years of relevant experience. Able to meet deadlines and multi-task. 
• Confident, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills with a positive disposition. Proficient in Microsoft applications. 
• Stakeholder management: Internal External: Clients, local authorities, tax agents, auditors
