Who we are looking for

Join our Forensic team if:

• You are graduate in any of the following: economics, finance, accounting, computer science, law, engineering;
• You are eager to learn and develop in the forensic investigations field;
• You have very good analytical skills and have an eye for detail;
• Microsoft Excel is your “agenda planner” and you are curios on new technologies to optimize your tasks;
• You are eager to solve problems, have initiative and curiosity;
• You are a good communicator (in both Romanian and English other languages will be an advantage) and you take responsibility for your activities;
• You like to be independent (as in - working alone comes easy), but you are also a very good team player;
• You would like to join a team where you can achieve an accelerated career growth?

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage;
• Professional certifications relevant to accounting, forensic, internal audit, compliance, forensic technology or other;
• Having previous experience in any of the following: financial audit, accounting, internal audit, compliance, risk management and/or forensic is a plus;

Your future role

Working in the Deloitte Forensic team is both challenging and exciting. You will:

• Be part of client serving teams which will work on clients’ challenges in order to reach project objectives.
• Be part of engagements focused on the following main topics: anti-fraud risk assessments, anti-bribery and anti-corruption investigations, occupational fraud investigations, support during litigations, risk and compliance assessments.
• Collect, understand, and analyze relevant data in the context of the project while using defined methodologies and tools.
• Review policies, procedures and various business processes which are in the scope of the project.
• Review relevant data sources in the context of the investigation to identify relevant evidence supporting the case;
• Document the procedures performed during the project and underlying workflows, draft project status-updates and activity reports and help with the drafting reports.
• Draft relevant findings and customized recommendations based on the identified risks, aiming to mitigate any potential risks the Client may be facing.
