Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Team Head in execution of Debt Markets transactions including due diligence process, dealing with rating agency, preparation of necessary documents, submission to regulatory authorities and assist in identifying potential investors.
- Assist Team Head in ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures as well as regulatory requirements of various product areas.
- Assist the Head of Department/ Team Head in Debt Market’s marketing initiatives by identifying target market and target clients/ customers.
- Assist the Head of Department/ Team Head in preparation of pitch proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience Investment Banking, Debt Capital Market, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Banking, Islamic Debt Capital Market, Loans Syndication, Credit Rating, Audit or related field.
- Strong credit analysis skills proficient in financial modelling and good understanding of the business environment.
- Capital Markets and Services Representative’s Licence (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission will have an added advantage.
