Assistant Accountant / Accountant, $20k - 30k

The Company

Our client is a market leader in insurance. They are urgently hiring for an Assistant Accountant/ Accountant to join the team. It is a 6-month contract role with a strong view to extend or permanency. The ideal candidate will start immediately.

The Role

• Support accounting operation, accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare bank reconciliation and expenses report
• Assist in month end closing, general ledger, bank reconciliations
• Support new Oracle system implementation
• Prepare audit schedules and management accounts
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel. Experience in Oracle is a plus
• Proactive with excellent communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate Available is highly preferrable
