You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the Payroll function, inclusive of all reporting management information for Payroll performance ensuring all financial information associated with payroll is correct for financial reporting.

Description

  • Process and provide support to the finance team to ensure the Payroll reports are accurate for the posting of the payroll journal.
  • Recording of Pay Queries, processing including analysis and resolution of pay queries within agreed timescales
  • Support the regional/operational teams/managers to ensure all payroll transactions are recorded accurately on management information.
  • Record any Payroll issues in a timely and accurate manner for full visibility for other stakeholders.
  • Escalate any non compliance of the company operating procedure in respect of payroll processing to the line manager.
  • Raising BAC's payments for authorisation.
  • Inputing starters and leavers and processing necessary paperwork for Payroll.
  • Input Payroll Adjustments prior to the running of Payroll.
  • Process, Review and post payroll journals for the sub group and related companies.
  • Provide information to produce KPI's on a monthly basis.

Profile

  • CIPP Qualification at Intermediate level would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work with and where necessary lead the team
  • Strong Time Management essential
  • Confident Excel User.
