Senior Accountant - Educational Institution (Up to 40k)

Our client is one of the largest educational institutions in Hong Kong providing advanced learning platforms for students. Currently they are seeking for a Senior Accountant to work in a fast-paced environment to cope with their future business development plan.

Description

• Perform daily accounting duties and provide support to the Assistant Finance Manager
• Prepare the commission workshop to ensure accurate calculations
• Support and liaise with auditors for the month end and annual audit process
• Assist and prepare the accounting schedules
• Liaise with different stakeholders on payment issues
• Participate in system implementation and enhancement project

Profile

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting related field
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macro and accounting software is a must
• Participation in system implementation and enhancement is preferred
• Good problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
• Immediately available is highly preferred
