Who we are looking for

  • University degree;
  • At least three years of professional experience on similar position;
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian;
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office);
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Result-oriented with excellent follow through skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.

Your future role

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Provides high level administrative support to the assigned departments, including all aspects of meetings coordination and organization of seminars, business travels, office stationary supply;
  • Support Partners in TAX Department with business trips, schedule and administrative tasks;
  • Performs Client Acceptance procedure and Engagement Acceptance process and maintains clients database using applicable Deloitte tools;
  • Responsible for the Initial Check process – work with management DCE programs - SAP, DESC, DC Restricted List, Jupiter;
  • Reviews and processes forms and reports, prepares analytical data and documentation, correspondence, proposals and presentation material;
  • Implementing and Managing the AML process in Bulgaria – Preparation of Risk Asseements;
  • Assists the Tax department for the entire process of invoices issuing and subsequent processing;
  • Keeps record of an archive and electronic database;
  • Has direct contact with clients of the company regarding the invoicing process;
  • Responsible and performing the Local Internal Risk review;
