Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and growing company based in Crewe. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join their Accounts Payable team.
Description
Accounts Payable Associate responsibilities will include
- Posting of payments into CODAS
- Management of all unallocated cash
- Monthly statement reconciliations on all suppliers
- Debit balance management
- Aged on hold invoice management
- To provide cover to the AP Stock team
- To assist the Accounts Payable Team Leader with the management of the day-to-day process and controls
- Assist in Accounts Payable related projects
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced transactional environment - Desirable
- A good understanding of statement reconciliations - Required
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Required
- Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel - Desirable
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
