The Group Accountant will support the Group Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller, producing consolidated group accounts under USGAAP.

Global revenues of $600m, headquartered out of Arizona, USA. PE backed currently but plans in the future to list and IPO imminent over the next few years.
Description
- Statutory financial reporting & group compliance to reporting standards.
- Lead the preparation of monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow reporting
- Leading the audit process alongside the Group Reporting Manager, main POC for external auditors.
- Prepare annual financial statements for Group entities in accordance with USGAAP
- Working closely with Group FP&A, providing ad-hoc analysis and support where required
- Complete and submit tax returns with respect to VAT/Sales tax and corporate income tax for all Group entities including US state tax compliance
