Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular audit checking for retail stores including petty cash, inventory, deposit invoice and repairing records
  • Verify the credit sales and stock on loan records to ensure matching with POS system
  • Assist the stocktake exercise in retail stores
  • Compile audit reports to identify major irregular items and report back to Supervisors for handling
  • Maintain inventory and audit related documentations
  • Support other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Accounting, preferably in retail industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
