Job Description

Your field of responsibility

As a part of role, your responsibility includes:

  • Monitor Shareholding positions of Credit Suisse Group Entities
  • Prepare and Disclose the Group’s substantial Shareholding interests, Short sell position reports & takeover deals through timely notification made to relevant Authorities/Issuers
  • Consult with local compliance officers and/or legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulators.
  • Reports preparation based on the rules regulations as per the different countries Regulators
  • Raise/investigate defects and coordinate identified defects with IT and/or project team.

Your future colleagues

Regulatory Share Reporting function within the Compliance Group is to monitor the Credit Suisse Group's ('CSG') shareholdings in issuers and/or securities and to prepare and submit disclosures in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with jurisdictional across globe.

Your skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess below:

  • MBA/Degree in economics, business administration or similar qualification with equivalent experience and specialization in finance & banking
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and solutions quickly
  • Good knowledge of financial products and their behaviour
  • Outstanding knowledge of securities and securities reference data
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, in particular Excel (VBA macros)
  • High accuracy and a high-quality standard
  • Proven experience in dealing and communicating with regulatory bodies
  • Comfortable working in early morning APAC shift (06:15 to 15:30)
