Accounts Assistant (Enhanced Pension and Bonus)

Our growing Manufacturing and production client who have doubled their head count over the last 3 year period based on huge investment and increased turnover, are looking for a Accounts Assistant (Enhanced Pension and Bonus) to support their finance department. The role will be based in Milton Keynes and will be reporting directly into their experienced Finance manager with a view of covering a varied role.

The role will be based in an accessible area of Milton Keynes where all employees are treated as individuals rather than numbers. Description

The Accounts Assistant (Enhanced Pension and Bonus) will be responsible for:

• Circa 80 -200 invoices to be uploaded and coded on Xero
• Timely response to internal and external customers
• Supporting the Finance Manager with AD HOC duties
• Finance related support
• Month end support
• Employee expenses
• Keeping the system up to date

Profile

The Accounts Assistant (Enhanced Pension and Bonus) will:

• Have strong numeracy skills
• Have previous Accounts Payable experience
• Confident user of Microsoft products including excel
• Have a can-do approach to learning
• Be a great communicator both written and verbal
