Page Personnel have just registered a new permanent Finance Manager position for an international manufacturing business based in York. Due to continued growth in the financial performance of the business it has resulted in the need to grow the finance function. Our client now has an opportunity available for a Management Accountant to join their growing business.

Description

As the Finance Manager, you will report into the Finance Director. Key duties will include but not be limited to the production of monthly management accounts, budget preparations, KPI reporting and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining the fixed asset register, journal postings, payroll, VAT returns and assisting with forecasting and cost analysis.

Profile

• Have held a Management/Factory Accountant role previously
• Be actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA qualification or be qualified by experience
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Experience in full month and period end procedures
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (desirable)

Job Offer
