Reporting Analyst role will be responsible for the production and managing reporting requirements for institutional investors. This is a varied and challenging role, as each investment mandate have different structure, reporting requirements and deadline.

Description
Investor Reporting
- Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting timetable to external institutional funders and stakeholders
- Production of weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting pack to Institutional Investors with varied requirements and deadlines (ie. Cashbook / Funding Accounting / Investor Reports).
- Provide support in production of monthly standalone Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts of SPVs. Provide the highest quality support during the audit process.
- Improve processes and efficiencies in Reporting and Accounting.
- Liaising, managing and reviewing information from internal stakeholders for reporting pack.
- Help in monthly Reporting to the Board and external funders.
- Managing external Cash Administrator in their deliverables, which includes provision of inputs to their reporting, and review of output for sign off.
Funding Process
- Preparation of funding requests to institutional investors within the mandated time-frames.
- Liaising with external Cash Administrator to ensure correct recording of institutional holdings.
Profile
- Part qualified individual progressing towards completion of ACCA/CIMA or other accounting qualification.
- Experience in reporting to senior stakeholders
- Financial services experience a must have, banking/investment experience a strong plus
- Ability to work to deadlines/under pressure
- Team player
- Advanced excel skills e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index Match etc.
- Self-starter
- Strong sense of responsibility and organised, with can do attitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small fast paced team environment where nothing is too big or too small
- Resilient and adaptable to changing demands and needs on short notice
