- Looking after Funds Transfer activity on Daily Basis
- Monitoring of OD/STL/LTF Facility Monitoring Interest Rate,
- Loan adjustment calculations/documentation.
- Maintaining Bank Balances Summary on Daily Basis
- Maintaining all reports related to Treasury on Daily Basis
- Accrual report of markup payments on monthly and quarterly basis
- Forecasting Cash Flow
- Ensuring that all documentation relating to financial arrangements are timely completed and updated.
- Preparing documents for disbursement of ERF- (Part I & II) loan.
- Coordinate with export department for maintaining and updating the EE-Statement on timely basis.
- Negotiation with Banks on Different Financial Products and Markups Rates Arrangement and Monitoring of Insurances and updating position of insured stocks on weekly basis.
- Coordinate with valuators to prepare valuation report for Fixed and Current Assets.
- Preparation of Current Assets Stock report for onward submission to banks on monthly basis
- Managing goods pledged with Banks/DFI. (Coordination with Bank’s Muccadam)
- Assist management in hedging and liquidity management strategies to balance risk and return to the company.
- Review and manage corporate affairs of the company including filing of various forms and other statutory return, filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Pakistan Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited (PSX).
