(General Insurance) Senior Policy Administrator, $27k - 33k

The Company

A top general insurance is hiring for Senior Policy Administrator to join the team, handle policy administration services and operation tasks. Candidate with insurance operation background is preferred.

The Role

• Responsible for reviewing policy administration tasks for operational projects
• Supervise day to day operation work on general insurance products
• Support and conduct user acceptance test for operational projects
• Assist in workflow review and reports preparation
• Work closely with underwriting and operation teams for operational efficiency
• Carry out other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Your Profile

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of policy administration/ operation/ admin experience with insurance or banking industry
• Willing to learn attitude with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in general insurance business
• Good command of English and Chinese
