Priory Group is the leading independent provider of behavioural care in the UK.

We have two divisions that together support over 25,000 people every year.

Our values and the behaviours that we aspire to are:
  • Putting people first
  • Being supportive
  • Acting with integrity
  • Striving for excellence
  • Being positive

It's an exciting time for the team because we're growing through acquisitions - our plan is to become the world's largest private mental health services provider.

We're looking for a confident, caring colleague to join the team. Working closely with the UK Finance Director, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of the central finance function - providing leadership and effective management to the teams.

Together with your people-centred approach, you'll bring your strong influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

With your experience, you'll bring your patient, positive character and be able to easily demonstrate your flexible attitude to work with your hands-on approach.

Some of your main duties and responsibilities will include -

  • Liaise with Group (Median) Finance and controlling functions to ensure accurate, timely and consistent sharing of data/information.
  • Provide briefings, presentations, and written reports in a timely manner on organisational performance to inform the Board and other members of the Executive team as required.
  • Presenting financial and other information confidently, persuasively but, in a friendly way.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop staff within the different teams to ensure that they can deliver the organisation's objectives and strategies. Encouraging a positive atmosphere for the development of new incentives.
