- Liaise with Group (Median) Finance and controlling functions to ensure accurate, timely and consistent sharing of data/information.
- Provide briefings, presentations, and written reports in a timely manner on organisational performance to inform the Board and other members of the Executive team as required.
- Presenting financial and other information confidently, persuasively but, in a friendly way.
- Manage, motivate, and develop staff within the different teams to ensure that they can deliver the organisation's objectives and strategies. Encouraging a positive atmosphere for the development of new incentives.
