Accounts Assistant needed in Barnsley
  • Basic Salary: Up to £22,500
  • Hours: 37.5 per week
  • Type of company: Large Main Dealer

What do you need?
  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant
  • You'll have strong administrative skills and have a high attention to detail whilst handling sensitive and confidential information
  • It is highly desirable that you have worked in accounts within the Motor Trade previously
  • You must have experience using Excel to a high standard as well as other Microsoft softwares
What is the Accounts Assistant job role?
  • Support colleagues in managing all aspects of vehicle financial affairs.
  • Support the organisation in meeting business objectives through rigorous and robust control of vehicle assets, ensuring they are managed to maximise value.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations by keeping them well-informed and managing communication proactively.
  • Understand the need for honesty, diplomacy and the highest standards of ethics in all financial dealings.
  • Act within the limits of your authority and seek guidance when needed, accountable for achieving your own objectives.
  • Identify areas of personal development and growth and act on feedback to improve personal performance.
