Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

Experienced business analyst / project manager sought to join us on an exciting journey of transformation as Citi looks to revamp its existing Finance infrastructure to meet both current and future challenges. The role will be instrumental in driving & supporting Core Accounts technology change to align with consent order and other objectives. Partnering with and influencing ICG cross dependent teams will be key to delivery success in understanding and remediating current state platforms as well as supporting the transition to target state. The plans are very ambitious and your solid experience in transformational change will be invaluable in navigating uncertainties in an evolving landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate across key delivery teams and partners, building and maintaining strong working relationships
• Participate in and host cross program workshops/working groups as required to deliver against Program objectives
• Manage stakeholder expectations through consistent and transparent communication
• Delivery planning and oversight, including risk identification and mitigation with effective escalation where necessary
• Resource planning and management; prioritisation of work across the teams and mentoring of more junior resources
• In-depth analysis and documentation where required to support ongoing deliverables
• Identification and management of cross program interdepencies to maximise delivery efficiency
• Support Program Delivery Manager on all items related to the Program of work
• Produce quality internal and regulatory driven Program artefacts, in line with Citi processes, providing ongoing support to internal reviews of the documentation, as required

Skills/Experience:

• Significant analysis/project management experience on large scale transformation within Banking/Financial Services technology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Able to evidence strong leadership and effective influencing skills
• A background of working in regulatory change would be beneficial
• Proactive & self-motivated
• Demonstrable hands-on experience of detailed analysis, but also in directing others
• Financial Books & Records experience a plus but not essential
• 10yrs + experience working in technology change
