Description

Accounts Payable - Property Company (Hybrid Working) Duties:

  • Reviewing, verifying, and matching invoices
  • Processing purchase invoices with a minor amount of sales ledger invoices
  • Data entry of sales and purchase ledgers into the accounting system
  • Setting up new accounts for new customers and vendors
  • Auditing and processing employee expenses claims for payment
  • Posting bank transactions
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Aged Debtors/Creditors reporting
  • Managing the shared accounts mailbox
  • Opening and distributing finance post
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Raising inter-company & customer invoices
  • Paying in cheques
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from vendors / internal business stakeholders
  • Assist the Finance Business Partners with various duties such as preparation of monthly management information and treasury reporting
  • Oversight of the annual ground rent billing process

Profile

Accounts Payable - Property Company (Hybrid Working) Criteria:

  • 2 years minimum experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc.)
  • Team player that is happy to get involved in the company culture and workload
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity: able to contribute to building best practice systems and processes over time from scratch.
