Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Team Lead in the Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO) Finance function which is responsible for supporting the Group COO senior management team for all aspects of financial management and reporting, e.g., financial planning, forecasting, month-end, financial analyses. In this role, you will lead a small team of financial controllers. Your responsibilities include to oversee and control all aspects of the monthly P&L management, the preparation and review of forecasts on a monthly basis, the preparation of financial reports and materials for monthly business reviews. You will manage financial planning activities resulting in the annual budget and provide ongoing financial advisory and support, e.g. business case reviews.

Your skills and experience

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • At least 10 years of work experience with emphasis in finance, budgeting and forecasting
  • University degree in accounting or finance with sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Proven knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Experience in managing a team will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Well-developed organizational skills, phenomenal motivation and a positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills
  • Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
