Discover the role
The HR & Payroll Supervisor will follow up and supervise a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. The HR & Payroll Supervisor will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and onboard payroll of the most complex clients;
- Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
- Client meetings and conference calls, act as a point of escalation;
- Act as a team player and a strong leader for the team;
- Being responsible for the portfolio of the operational team in cooperation with the seniors;
- Maintain our training plan and continue work on development opportunities for the team;
- Training team members, answer questions from the team regarding complex payroll questions;
- Assist with projects to improve the HRP department's daily operations;
- Ensure compliance (for example ISAE3402 certification);
- Assist the HR & Payroll Manager with business development (meeting prospects and reviewing contracts);
- Processing payroll of complex clients who require special attention;
- Organize monthly knowledge sessions and create FAQs for clients;
- Drive and implement best practices.
About you

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch or French.
- Experience in team management is an asset.
- Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 5 years).
- Experience in processing payrolls end to end.
- Exposure to expat/international payrolls is desirable.
- Communicative and stress-resilient.
- Responsible and organized.
- Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner.
- Be able to work remotely and keep TMF colleagues aware of the ongoing status of requests.

- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
