This is an opportunity to join the Treasury Technology team to build software tools which will transform our Treasury operations. Our organization supports automation and builds scale into our systems and processes in support of business growth for our customers. During this internship with Treasury Tech, the candidate will get exposure to leveraging low-code technology such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to enhance the Treasury team's goals of department wide automation. This is an opportunity to take a process from the initial automation opportunity all the way through the end solution. This internship opportunity will also provide exposure to Product Management, building out a roadmap to drive key strategic initiatives to enhance our in-house builds supporting the Treasury department. As a product manager, this person will coordinate across teams to help document, simplify, and then build new process and tools, collect requirements and work with tech and business teams to build the end solution. Important Notes:
  • Please list your undergraduate school and expected graduation date within the Education section of your online application.

  • Internship recruitment will occur September 2022 - January 2023.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of the internship.
  • Term: 12 weeks during the summer of 2023. Students will be able to select from the internship dates below. Start date is not flexible.
  • Monday, May 22, 2023-Friday, August 11, 2023
  • Monday, June 5, 2023- Friday, August 25, 2023
  • Monday, June 12- Friday, September 1, 2023
  • We are unable to offer visa sponsorship or consider students with visa sponsorship needs for this role.


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, economics, accounting, business administration and management, or related field (or a dual degree/submatriculation Master's degree program you are completing concurrently with your bachelor's degree at the same school) with a graduation conferral date between December 2023 and June 2024.
  • Able to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September 2023.


  • Intermediate/ (e.g., vlookup)/advanced Excel skills (e.g., Write/edit VBA).
  • Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
  • Understanding of business fundamentals and accounting concepts.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
