About you

To support RGP's continuous growth, we have immediate openings in our Hong Kong practice for seasoned Finance Systems Analysts who are passionate in business consulting, innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in business process optimization activities and support business process change Engage subject matter experts and users to identify, develop, document and validate business requirements and user stories Develop and manage supporting documentation, such as process maps, for new process designs Review, document and manage SOPs to support new process implementation Elaborate the user stories and requirements Develop test plan/cases and support user acceptance testing Contribute to solution discussions across different business functions and IT team, including the translation of business needs and process into system design specifications

You know that you can do the job if you have…

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline preferably with BABOK qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in user requirements collection, fit/gap and impact analysis, document preparation (e.g. SOP, functional specification, test plan, test cases and scenarios etc.) and the coordination of UAT Experienced in performing business process analysis work within the entire finance system implementation lifecycle, e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc. Strong analytical, planning and communication skill Ability to quickly learn new business domains
