Description

• Prepare EWC (福委會) vouchers, payment disbursement and financial reports
• Work with shared service center to ensure the corrections of followings: AP vouchers, employee expense vouchers and AR collection vouchers; Monthly closing vouchers of expense/cogs accruals, assets depreciation; Account breakdown of BS items
• Work with share service center to complete monthly/quarterly/annual legal financial reports
• IFRS16 contract management, including contract creation/maintenance in the system and monthly entry posting
• Prepare VAT payment and responsible for VAT filing
• Prepare WIT payment and submit to local tax bureau for declaration on time and before due date
• Prepare cheque payment disbursement
• Cash management, including cash forecast and cash forecast report submission, intercompany payment arrangement, bank account cash allocation
• Bank account authority's admiration
• Work with external auditors (KPMG/PWC) for field audit, reconciliations and financial and tax filing.
• Upload WIT of other income to payroll system
• Upload final business income tax return to local tax bureau
• Check sales incentive
• Filing vouchers
• Update SOP for assigned responsibility
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the superior(s)

Profile

• Solid accounting knowledge in local tax. AR, AP, and general ledger is a plus
• Good command of English in reading, and writing
• Experience in BIG 4 is must
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-directed
• Strong communication skill, including the ability to work with people in different functions and regions
• Logical thinking, problem solving, and detail orientated
