Your roleWork to be performed:
  • Support the Global Accounting Operations Advisory Leader in scaling-up and growing their assurance practice, in coordination with Global Service area leaders
  • Support the development of learning & training programs (e.g. SAP & NetSuite) for practitioners globally; manage all aspects of training programs including candidate management, logistics and training materials
  • Plan and lead initiatives to improve collaboration with Consulting on SAP & NetSuite engagements; create new assets and training material to improve Assurance NetSuite capabilities and lead deployment and adoption activities
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with member firm AOA leaders and practitioners to keep a pulse on the practice and sense trends and opportunities for growth with respect to SAP & NetSuite
  • Work with Global Assurance's GC&I, Learning, Deployment and Quality & Risk Leaders to support member firms pursue and win engagements, as well as increase the capability, efficiency and quality of engagement delivery
  • Lead workshops with Member Firm stakeholders to track success of ERP Assurance initiatives; gather Quals and success stories to track pursuit success
  • Develop materials, collateral & eminence to assist with practice go-to-market, wins, and delivery of engagements

Location:London based role

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis.

Your professional experience
  • Strong experience on client proposals and on delivery of accounting operations advisory services and SAP & NetSuite implementations
  • Strategic mindset and critical thinking skills with ability to execute on details
  • Strong PMO capabilities and interest in ERP solutions with a Consulting mindset
  • Innovative mindset and understanding of potential opportunities to develop and disrupt traditional methodologies through new services or technology
  • Experienced in project management and project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management, with an ability to work closely with leadership from around the globe
  • Strong technical skills (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Ability to engage global communities and facilitate meetings on a regular basis
  • Ability to remain flexible in an evolving environment; high tolerance for ambiguity
  • College degree (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience with Consulting or Assurance in ERP solutions preferred
  • Professionally Qualified or Certified Auditor/Accountant (e.g., CPA / CA / ACCA)
  • Must have strong PMO experience and ability to drive projects from conception to launch/deployment in a fast-paced environment
