Accounts Executive (Receivables)

Role Description:
- Preparation of daily Receivables Statement for Spinning, Weaving, Denim and Apparel
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Maintain Accounts Receivables records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Escalate timely for non-compliant cases and resolve with support of team
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of Bank receipt logs and posting of Banks to the accounts receivables customer ledger
- Monitor and collect Accounts Receivables by contacting merchandisers via telephone and email
- Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to Accounts Receivables to report and give an insight to management on progress of collection efforts
- Resolve valid or authorised deductions by adjusting entries
- Examine customer payment plans, payment history, credit line for resolution of collections; coordinating contact with collections department
- Validate LC terms and ensure application of accurate due dates in SAP
- Good analytical, interpersonal and pressure handling skills and has an ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership
