Description
- Bookkeeping using our computer software programs (training will be provided).
- Chasing for missing documentation.
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries.
- Telephone duties.
- Photocopying and some archive duties.
- Uploading documentation onto internal software program (again training will be provided).
- Filing.
- Monitoring and sending emails.
- Generating routine letters.
- Accounts preparation up to trial balance.
- Assisting the Accounts team with various administration duties.
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the company and the overall business objectives of the company.
Profile
- Keen to to join a successful Firm of Chartered Accountants
- Eager to learn and develop
- Good communicator
Job Offer
