AP - Senior Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

As a AP Specialist, you'll be handling the daily operation of AP and to ensure everything is performed and delivered in a timely manner.

Our client is one of the established top market player in the electronic manufacturing industry. Currently, they're looking for a AP Executive (Mandarin Speaker) who is independent to join their growing team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Description

• Provide AP transaction processing support to deliver AP services to customers in accordance with established AP processes and work procedures and in compliance with the company policies and requirements.
• Ensure the daily operation's activities assigned are managed and delivered timely to the Location within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Attend to location queries and requests to resolve issues or escalate and provide alternative solution for complex issues to the line manager.
• Ensure all open/overdue items are being attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Involve and provide support on internal and external audit requests.
• Collaborate with the other stream and functional support team to ensure that the integrated process is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• To uphold and execute controls with complete understanding and effectiveness.
• Perform month end process and prepare month end reports.
• To participate in any Compliance audits and respond to audit queries.

Profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable or any other accounting function.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Working experience in SAP.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
