Supervise and manage all UK and International Tax matters as well as supporting the project teams with contracts, Tax and VAT matters.

Description
UK Tax
Preparation and filing of UK corporation tax and monthly VAT returns
Maximisation of R&D claims with specialist R&D consulting firms
Assistance in the preparation of notes to the financial statements
Management of corporate tax and VAT audits.
International Tax
Overseeing tax in the multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to; Denmark, France, Norway, Hong Kong, USA, Cape Verde, Australia, Japan and South Korea.
Providing tax advice and support to all these foreign units
Stay up to date on tax law changes in the UK and in the foreign jurisdictions and inform stakeholders.
Profile
5-8 Years Experience in a UK & European Corporate Tax Environment
CTA Qualified
Understanding of SAP system
Knowledge of Telecoms, Construction Projects, Oil & Gas, Terrestrial or Maritime Engineering Projects
Willingness to learn/progress with French, language courses provided.
Personality;
Good communicator
Self managing and good prioritisation skills
Good problem solving skills
Good organiser
