I am working with a business in Burton on Trent that is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. You will be working alongside the Property Team and will provide expert analysis of property data from internal and external sources.
The business can offer 1 day working from home but can also offer a 4 day week if this is required around current commitments.
This role would suit either someone with a property, hospitality or finance background.
The business will offer study support as well as a salary between £25,000 - £30,000.
Description
The Property Data Analyst will provide expert analysis of property data from internal and external sources to identify performance, trends, exceptions, root-causes, and scenario planning across all areas of property including capex, repairs & maintenance, acquisitions, disposals, rent events, energy and sustainability.
