Your mission

Our Accounting and consolidation department is growing, and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Our teams work hand-in-hand with our other lines of service to help our local and international clients in accounting, tax and corporate secretarial matters. We provide comprehensive assistance to companies seeking to set up in Luxembourg and provide continuing support during all their life (i.e. mergers, sales, liquidations, corporate restructuring, etc).

As an Accounting Senior Manager (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage, develop and expand international and local clients portfolio;
  • Be in charge of day-to-day management of the client files for accounting matters:
    • preparation of periodic reporting and annual accounts;
    • preparation of accounting analysis and memorandum;
    • preparation of periodic consolidated reporting and consolidated accounts;
    • advise on day-to-day financial and accounting operations;
    • accounting support to the tax team.
  • Share your knowledge and coach more junior staff to contribute to their development.
  • Propose innovative and value-added solutions;
  • Coordinate with other PwC departments both in Luxembourg and abroad, and therefore use our global network in order to share and collaborate on issues that exceed your area of expertise;
  • Support, manage and develop a team of highly skilled professionals;
  • Give in-house and external training courses to our team members and to our clients and take part in conferences and events on specific topics.

Your profile

  • You have a 5-year degree in economics, finance or accounting (or similar studies);
  • You demonstrate an minimum experience of 8 years within a accounting department;
  • You demonstrate ability to identify opportunities and a willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients;
  • You have a strong knowledge of LUX GAAP. Understanding of other accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS, EU Directive) and consolidation will be considered as an additional significant asset.
  • You demonstrate strong financial/accounting and analytical skills;
  • You have a knowledge of Luxembourg income tax and VAT principles;
  • You are able to build strong and lasting relationships with your clients;
  • You have an ability to manage, develop and retain a team of skilled accounting professionals;
  • You are committed and eager to share your knowledge with a young and multicultural team;
  • You are supportive of the use of technology and accounting software;
