Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance 
  • English Advance B2+
  •  5+ years’ experience in P2P SSC or similar role 
  • Systems knowledge: Advanced excel, JD Edwards, SAP, PRMS or similar
  • Accounting knowledge, it’s a must
  • Leadership skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct functioning of all the Account Payable process for the countries in charge.
  • Ensure control and proper follow up of all open items such as Issues, Prepayments, Duplicate Payments, Bank Account Items and Open Payables.
  • Create reports and metrics to improve control of the processes and support management decisions.
  • Ensure all services provided are complying with current SLA’s. 
  • Ensure S-Ox Compliance. 
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies.
  • Drive improvements initiatives for implemented processes.
  • Develop, motivate, coach and provide challenging tasks for Team Members.
  • Support the career development of the employees both within their current position as well as in situations where employees move on to different roles within Baxter’s organization.
  • Build an operational structure for each process implemented in BAS. 
  • Document all processes to guarantee business continuity (manuals, process narratives, controls).
  • Support of multifunctional team in charge of AP projects and initiatives implementation.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
  • Facilitate problem resolution with other customers. 
  • Interview and train personnel as required
