Job Purpose

  • Perform full client payroll & HR related tasks throughout Switzerland.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll for clients in various Cantons in Switzerland;
  • Ensure HR requests from clients are dealt with;
  • Elaboration of periodic payroll reporting (pay slip, monthly summaries, accounting vouchers);
  • Perform all year-end closing related tasks;
  • Management of client relations for a portfolio of client entities;
  • Management of payroll associated tasks (tax, social securities, other insurances ) and liaise with third parties;
  • Ensure payroll related audits are conducted smoothly;
  • Apply policies as set down in TMF’s procedures manual and payroll procedures;
  • Assistance to Accounting section for specific payroll issues;
  • Control (4 eyes check) and backup of an additional portfolio of client entities;
  • Technical research on specific payroll issues;
  • Setting up new payroll clients (whole process);
  • Provide work status' feedback to the supervisor on a regular basis;
  • Record time properly in the system and prepare invoices for clients;
  • Archiving of client documentation.
