
Job Title: Group Reporting AccountantLocation: Farnborough. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: £58,000 + depending on experience What you'll be doing:
Supporting the preparation of the Group's half-year and full year published consolidated statutory accounts under IFRS, including reviewing business results, and liaison with the Group's external auditorsSupporting the preparation of the Group's monthly consolidated management accounts, including preparation of financial information and review of commentaries for inclusion in the monthly Chief Executive's ReportSupporting the statutory accounts preparation process completed by Shared Services, ensuring they are being updated for the latest developments in corporate reporting and changes in accounting standards under FRS 101Researching the latest developments in IFRS and company law and evaluate their impact on the GroupUndertaking ad hoc finance-based project work, including the reporting of business acquisitions and disposals
Your skills and experiences:
ACA qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA will be considered)Validated experience of consolidations and listed group reportingExcellent MS office skills (including Excel) and up to date technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101Previous experience of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is desirable
