The Role

This is your chance to end the year on a fantastic note! An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join the friendly and supportive team of Programmed Facility Management.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and working in a close knit team, your role:

• Prepares and delivers accurate monthly results in accordance with the group timetable
• Completes WIP and job costs reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Monthly Client invoicing
• Prepares Wages productivity and support costs reports
• Creates any new Capex items
• Assists with AP Invoices and PO
• Creates new SOR and jobs in Navision
• Provides support to adhoc projects as they occur

Skills and Experience

• Have a background in accounting and Degree qualification
• Display a professional attitude with a pro-active approach to your work
• Strong business acumen with professional communication style
• Be a team player with high attention to detail and accuracy
