Senior internal auditor - listed property company (36K)

If you have at least 2 to 3 years of external audit experience at Big 4 or second-tier audit firms and are a Qualified Accountant, this is the job you are looking for.

Client Details

Our client is a HK-listed property company with a good reputation and work-life balance. There is very little overseas travel for this role.

Description

• Conducts internal audits
• Works in a team for planning audit engagements and develop other audit programs and assessments
• Lead audit fieldwork and design audit procedures to verify the operating effectiveness and efficiency of controls through interviews, document reviews, and data analysis
• Locates any control weaknesses in the business and give suggestion for control improvement
• Analyses audit findings and suggest recommendations
• Takes part in the preparation of financial and risk assessments and annual internal audit plan
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Profile

• Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent
• CPA/ CPAA/ACCA qualification is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of external audit experience
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
