Location: Halifax (please apply if able to work in this location, we aim to be in the offices 1-2 days a week under your own cost)

Salary and Benefits

£44,656 - £55,820 (depending on experience) base salary, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. We're looking for a highly capable Business Analyst is highly proficient in Agile delivery to join our team!

What you'll do
  • Analyse key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the mortgage journey and technical solutions.
  • You'll be responsible for the requirement's analysis, process and solution design in order to realise customer value through excellence and execution.
  • We'll need you to use Business Analysis skills to support the team to identify and understand the business need and analyse and prioritise the business and technical requirements.
  • Coaching and developing others to achieve analysis excellence is also a key part of the role.
  • Ensure requirements and proposed solutions are aligned with product strategy and the vision.
  • Analyse and evaluate the feasibility of proposals for complex products/services, then develop and amend solutions as necessary.
  • Define and shape the business analysis approach and activities.
The minimum skills and experience you'll need to apply
  • Solid grasp of business analysis, particularly analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Having the skills required to solve complex problems
  • Ability to facilitate efficient and effective decision making, ensuring all parties feel understood and satisfied
  • Excellent communicator, multifaceted and adaptable with the ability to use & learn new skills
  • Experience coaching junior members of a team
  • Have a demonstrable ability to use your analytical skills to breakdown the problem/solution into epics and write user stories for the team to build and test
