This role allows you to be pioneering the new plant setup and to be involved in the end to end spectrum to drive business expansion and growth.

Client Details

Our client is an established PLC with strong performance in their business and is expanding their business. They're looking for someone strong and able to lead from the front in the business as a Head of Finance.

Description

  • You will be involved to cover the full spectrum of finance and any related matters for operations in the plant and require frequent travelling to the new plant
  • Covers functions such as group reporting, corporate finance, cash flow planning, treasury, banking, costing analysis and financial planning for the overall business
  • Responsible and manage the full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, to ensure efficient and effective business outlook and financial of the overall plant
  • Business partner with the CEO and EXCO in driving operational excellence to meet operations target
  • Drive the business and work alongside with other business partners to drive business KPIs
  • Drive and develop policies and SOPs, internal control, risk management and process improvements for the business
  • To take on any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required

Profile

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Professional Qualification preferred (MIA, CIMA, CPA, ACCA and etc)
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing environment such as electronics and autmotive will be added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong drive and lead from the front with hands-on experience and good stakeholder maangement
  • Public listed experience will be added advantage
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is important as there will be dealings with China counterparts
  • Travelling is required
