Management Accountant
£50,000 - £55,000
Allen Lane has partnered with a world leading museum devoted to cultural heritage. This is an exciting time in the museum’s life as it starts a once in a generation project of expansion and influence.
The finance function will play a crucial role in this journey and as such we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Accountant to join at this exciting time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the delivery of the monthly management accounts and regular reporting on new initiatives and programmes; Leading on KPI reporting and analysis, identifying new commercial opportunities; Advising colleagues on museum wide projects, providing financial expertise towards these; Be the lead on the implementation and integration of the ambitious plans to integrate the financial systems; Maintain and develop the corporate risk register, identifying and implementing improvements to risk management systems.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with an analytical mind and excellent organisational and project management skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, can work on their own initiative and thrives when thinking and acting proactively.
Open to all sectors, my client is especially keen to see applicants from Audit and/ or Commercial backgrounds. Joining a team of likeminded individuals from, you will be given plenty of support and training as you transition into your new role.
