Job Purpose
The role of Commercial Analyst is really important to us. You will be responsible for providing financial, commercial and analytical support across all areas of the Radius Vehicle Solutions division, including the development of performance reporting, designed to provide key stakeholders with appropriate insight to make informed business decisions.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe HQ, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Our Vehicle Solutions division is in the early stages of its journey, but already a core part of our business, offering a range of flexible vehicle services tailored to meet the requirements of our ever-growing customer base. Following the acquisitions of Global Go! in 2021, and most recently Traction Finance, Radius Vehicle Solutions have our sights set on achieving significant growth in our fleet over the next 12-18 months.

Your responsibilities day to day will be...
  • Delivery of regular reporting to agreed timescales
  • Development of existing reporting and KPI suite to assist the management team with decision making
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to help us better understand business performance, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
  • Assist with preparation of monthly trading packs and consolidation of month end results
  • Assist with the budgeting processes
  • Help to cleanse data at the source to ensure one version of the truth in our reported numbers
  • Develop relationships with key business stakeholders and deliver commercial insight into results to enable these stakeholders to better understand and improve performance.
  • Proactively engage with senior management on ad hoc projects
  • Assist with acquisition integration, helping our new businesses become part of the Radius group
What do we expect of you?
  • Qualified/Part Qualified/QBE CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of working in a Finance/Commercial related role
  • Excel skills - experience of building and maintaining detailed reports is advantageous
  • Curious, data-driven thinker
  • Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance people to gather relevant information
