Job Description:

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

MNC Environment

Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in month-end closing and ensure the companys books are properly kept in accordance with companys policies and accounting standards
  • Proactively work with cross functional teams to obtain required data for accounting booking to ensure accurate accruals and provision
  • Participate in Intra-company consolidation and other group reports
  • Support external and Internal audit to prepare audit schedules and answer audit enquiries
  • Participate in annual forecasting and budgeting process
  • Assist in implement internal controls, policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Accounting or Finance
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in accounting, audit experience is a plus
  • Team player with ability to collaborate well with all levels and across organization boundaries
  • Initiative, analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated individual, meticulous, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
