Job Description:

  1. Prepare and park bank payment vouchers and attach supporting documents.
  2. Prepare and park cash payment vouchers and attach supporting documents. (Single voucher of all expenses made during a day)
  3. Ensure posting of all JVs at month end Prepare vendor and customer reconciliations and get them to sign off from CFO.
  4. Prepare sales tax return and submit it within stipulated timelines
  5. Prepare WHT tax challans and ensure their timely deposit.
  6. Get system-generated signed delivery orders from the factory and prepare sales tax invoices.
  7. Calculate markup expenses and compare them with the banker’s markup sheet.
  8. Prepare item-wise monthly stock consumption analysis.
  9. Prepare intercompany balance reconciliations on weekly basis.
  10. Prepare a schedule of incoming payments based on aging reports and take the follow-up with the support of the marketing team.
  11. Any other duty that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer.
