Where you´ll work

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. What you´ll do

  • Manage Current Year Capital Spend for all Kerry North America Sites to include:
  • Review / Approval / Rejection of all Capital Project PO’s
  • Proper accounting for all fixed assets and reconciliation between general ledger and fixed asset register
  • Oversee IFRS16 Accounting / Recording for all qualifying Leases for North America

Work with all sites to:

  • Educate on the overall Capital Process to include
  • Systems – Kerry Net Capital System, SAP, MAPICS, Fixed Asset Registers
  • What qualifies as Capital Spend versus site expense and general capital accounting queries
  • Commission all Capital Projects in a timely manner
  • Review all submitted Commissioning Certificates for completeness and breakdown of acquired assets
  • Confirming against the Quotes / Invoices for Asset Descriptions / Asset counts / Values
  • Completion of required documentation for all Transferred / disposed assets in a timely manner, which may or may not be related to a Capital Project
  • Provide any required reporting to upper Management
  • Provide documentation for Internal / External Audits as requested both at Interim and Year End
  • Work up Annual Projects / Budgets for Depreciation by site

What you´ll need to be successful

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • 7+ years post grad experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience working across cross functional teams
  • Prior experience in GL/Capital in manufacturing environment a plus
