Head of BPO Finance Shared Services
Your new company
Hays is working exclusively with an American MNC (BPO nature) in setting up it's Finance Shared Services in Malaysia. First thing on the agenda would be to hire a Director who is familiar with setting up GBS/ SSC/ BPO's.
Your new role
- Conduct feasibility study/ identify ideal site & location for the centre.
- Liaise with CEO & COO to create scalable framework model around the set up.
- Hands on ideation & implementation. Lead the transition from clients ops overseas into KL.
- Develop a strategy around recruitment (with Hays) and onboarding timeline.
- Resource planning around allocated budget and investment into the SSC.
What you'll need to succeed
- SSC Set up experience.
- Ideally exposure to professional services/ BPO/ GBS.
- Malaysians/ PR Status only.
- Exceptional Finance background.
