Our expert restructuring and insolvency team are experienced in supporting directors and stakeholders to assess their situation, explore a full range of options applicable to their circumstances and decide on a realistic course of action – with the aim of helping businesses in distress to survive, revive and thrive.

As an Assistant Manager within our national Restructuring and Insolvency Services team you will be supporting Directors and Partners in the team in delivering professional restructuring and insolvency services to our clients. On a day-to-day basis you will work primarily with corporate clients providing advisory services as well as developing colleagues, reporting to you, to administer a portfolio of formal appointments (administrations, CVLs, MVLs). You will have experience in preparing reports, proposals, presentations and formal correspondence and you will be involved in meetings with client directors, key business intermediaries and other stakeholders.
