We are looking for Fresh Bachelor degree candidates to join our team in IFDS & GmBH Luxembourg to have experience and to have working exposure in team like Dealing, Investor Services, Registration, Documentation Center, Settlement and Reconciliation, Events, Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, Custody support, Corporate actions, Depositary and Domiciliary team. We are happy to help students to take their mandatory school internship with us, share their fresh ideas and have working exposure with us to enhance their career in Finance/Fund/ Investment Banking Industry.

What you will be responsible for

As Graduate Co-Op Intern-6 months you will:

  • Support the document digitization effort to meet corporate Customer Contract Compliance Oversight Policy (C3OP) standards. This involves physical document reorganization, digitization and recording in the Enterprise Content Management Solution (ECMS).

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong financial educational Background and school Mandatory Internship.
  • Very strong business English skills is mandatory. Fluency in French, German and/or Italian would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg investment fund legal structures and Luxembourg regulations
  • IT skills: working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Economic or Law education or comparable experience in fund industry
