Reporting to: BPS Partner

Job Overview
We are looking for a technical manager with in-depth knowledge of E-Invoicing across borders. You will act as an escalation point for issues raised by clients concerning the relevant process and will manage and monitor the overall client work of the services provided by BPS in this space. Possesses thorough knowledge and broad experience in E-Invoicing and applies it effectively. Advises in daily situations and increases the technical knowledge of the team. Recognized as a credible leader and demonstrates high professional behavior.

  • Build, coordinate and maintain relationships with the Internal Business Customers, Support Functions, and external clients.
  • Ensure state of the art delivery and execution on E-Invoicing activities
  • Ensuring all reporting requirements are met on regular/weekly basis.
  • Staff allocation, management and development.
  • Escalation to other internal teams and Managers, Director and Partners across Service Lines Leads.
  • Overall responsibility to ensure reporting quality and timeliness.
  • Monitor and review the activities of the teams.
  • Ensure adhering to procedures and controls as defined by the Client for the delivery of the service.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues with Deloitte employees and their managers for any query which can be resolved within the control of the accounts function.
  • Pro-actively consider process improvements and efficiencies, implementing once agreed.
  • Responding to ad-hoc general enquiries from employees and suppliers via telephone and e-mail, requests for work additional to that defined in this SLA will be referred to the primary Customer contact for a management request to be completed and agreed.
  • Act as the lead coordinator between the team and the client to conceive, design, and deliver recommended technology solutions to the client.
  • Liaising with the client to determine the present state of their organizational processes and documenting recommended process efficiencies and finalize an agreed business model.
  • Support the BPT Partner in determining commercial structures for the implementation of business models with the client
  • Help the BPT Development team with the strategic executions of agreed business models with the client.
  • Monitor agreed KPI and milestones of business model delivery through details
  • Lead to identify opportunities to deliver a full range of business process services upon diagnosing client operational issues.
  • BA in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology Engineering or related field in a reputable college (candidates who studied in an English speaking country are a preference)
  • Business Analyst or Project Management Certifications preferred but not required
  • 7-11 years of experience in project-based digital transformation assignments preferably in the financial industry
  • Thorough understanding of ERPs and integration (API, SFTP etc) as well as XML and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and writing)
