UNLIMITED are looking for a great Project Manager with Business Analyst (PM/BA) experience to lead on our RPA project. If successful you will assist across all aspects of transformation for the business including front, back and middle office functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business and system requirements into a conceptual/functional set of documents. They are key to carrying out project activities related to analysis for implementation of various automations.

In the initial stages of a project, the PM/BA will plan, manage, monitor and control various projects with a significant focus on optimisation, delivering to deadlines and budget without compromising on quality. BA responsibilities include all functional & business aspects of implementing automations; this will therefore require a deep knowledge of the organisation's business situation as well as how the different teams within UNLIMITED interact with each other.

The position requires a high degree of business focus and the ability to understand the "big picture" and drive activities to ensure customer satisfaction. The BA will exercise judgment and creativity in defining and selecting methods for providing direction to the RPA development, RPA delivery partners and broader divisional project teams.

Requirements
  • Supporting the transformation project through process/system optimisation and or RPA
  • Collaborating with colleagues throughout the business to deliver major business improvement and identify financial savings
  • Illicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis in the context of RPA, but occasionally other web-based projects
  • Requirements gathering: Working closely with Divisional Groups, Working Groups & SME's to capture functional and non-functional requirements
  • Process Flow Mapping: Functional & Non-functional Epics/Stories mapped to Macro Level Journeys and necessary Regulatory Articles
  • Capture all requirements (RAID-Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies/)
  • Understanding the dependencies across all streams
  • Chair and run stakeholder workshops and present the results & support the preparation of project proposals
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Experience and Skills Required
  • Experience of process discovery and reengineering in an RPA context
  • Ability to work with RPA developers and partners and be able to project manage their deliverables in the context of rolling out an RPA project
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to include consultation, facilitating, and leading workshops
  • Excellent workshop and stakeholder management experience
  • Prior experience of a Business change programme
  • The ability to communicate complex business and technical issues in plain English
  • Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Highly analytical, flexible and persuasive, with first-class communication skills, you'll possess the ability to build effective relationships and support high impact, lasting change across the organisation


Ultimately, the PM/BA is responsible for the collection of business, creative, strategic, functional and technical requirements across a number of digital experience delivery ecosystems existing and as yet, undefined.
